I'm a vegetarian - not a hardcore vegan, but I do eat vegan meals often. I especially love vegan baking. I am so glad that you shared this blog - it looks like a site I will really enjoy. Thanks for that! And, I would be super excited to win the giveaway! Fingers crossed!

I came home early from work due to a stupid head cold - having a new playful podcast up has just rocked my evening! Hurrah!

Love your podcast! And congrats on the little playful person. I'm not vegan, but I do eat vegetarian meals. I'm allergic to some veggies so am always looking for combinations that would work for me. Would love to win the book.

Appologies if the answer is staring me in the face, but do you have a feed link I can plug into my podcast app to download the feed? I don't use iTunes and would love to listen along.

Thanks for another great podcast. I am not a vegan but I did do a 30 day vegan challenge once and it was great. I would love to win a copy of the book, I need to read that tofu section - I suffer from the same tofu mush syndrome, unless I scramble it it is usually a disaster.

The book sounds great. I keep toying with going vegan, and try to do meatless meals a few times a week. I am convinced that I will be a healthier person if I do this, but I need to gather recipes and make it easier on myself.

I used to be vegetarian and so largely still cook and eat vegetarian meals. I am particularly interested in the tofu advice! Your experiences sound quite similar to mine with regard to cooking tofu. Although, I found that coating it in flour is a (not so healthy) but tasty way of preparing it. I'd love to win a copy of this to try out some vegan recipes as I've always been quite interested in this.

I am not a vegan but would be brave enough to try some of the recipes...you do make them sound good!

I'd love the book - I'm a vegetarian, but not vegan, and I'd love to learn! PS - I love your podcast - I'm wishing you the best during your pregnancy (I was a Labor and Delivery nurse for 24 years.)

I would love a copy of The Markey Vegan if the contest is open to those of us in the states. I was a vegetarian for 33 years, although I current eat meat. And yes, Trader Joe's is a good as they say. Smallish selection, but everything is good quality and reasonably priced. The people who work there are great, too.

I'd love to win a copy of the cookbook. I'm mostly vegetarian but we do have a friend, who's allergic to eggs so any baking without eggs is highly appreciated! (Even though I have no idea what Trader Joe's is too :) )
