I had exactly the same thing of thinking it was hours later than it actually was this week, possibly some kind of time warp slipping over the nation (am now singing lets do the time warp). Hope you are feeling better soonAlittlebitsheepishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13816184111243579404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6290254700332637764.post-58756031701165205012011-11-16T22:06:53.269+00:002011-11-16T22:06:53.269+00:00I came to post pretty much exactly what Darcy has ...I came to post pretty much exactly what Darcy has already said (including seconding the comment about the purple DK - it's gorgeous!). I've made Juno Regina, but I definitely did it whilst I had other - more interesting - things on the needles because that 42 inches is a killer. Cast on something small and quick just to find the pleasure of finishing things whilst you're working on it. And, like Darcy says, if it's not done in time, buy a little something (the shops are full of them at the moment) and explain the main present is on the way. No one will die.

Also, I always though a chest infection coming after a cold was a normal thing. My sister's just been through that double whammy and I think I'm heading in that direction too following my cold two weeks ago.

Lots of rest and I hope you feel better soon (physically, spiritually and knitterly).chemicalikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00920814523494340613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6290254700332637764.post-47803907569844552312011-11-16T16:14:04.110+00:002011-11-16T16:14:04.110+00:00I'm sorry you're in a knitting funk... Just remember that knitting is your HOBBY and it's supposed to be fun... if you're not having fun, put it aside, out of your mind and when you're ready to have fun again, there it will be. Forget Christmas deadlines! If someone is getting a knit thing and it's not done, tape a piece of the yarn into a card and give them an IOU!

Also, immediately tell me where I can get my hands on that purple dk!!!!P'cesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05415797747259254688noreply@blogger.com
